Reschedule or Transfer:

Reservations can be put on hold for a later date if notification is received 1 week prior to the event start time.



Refunds will be given for canceling with at least 1 week notice. "No shows" will not be issued credit or refunds.


Loss of Payment:

If no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than

1 week hours prior to start time.


Painting Above the Bar's cancellation policy is as follows:

 • A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least

1 week before class start. You can also have the option to put the    reservation on hold for a later date.

 • The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another date if notification is received at least 1 week before event start.

 • Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 1 week prior to event start.

Frequently Asked Questions


Q: What is the cost of a event?

A: $40.00 per person for adults and $25 per person for children.


Q: What dates and times do you have available?

A:  We are available any day of the week and weekends any time of day or night.


Q: Do I need to make a reservation?

A: Yes. You must call to set up your date and time.


Q: What do you provide?

A: We will bring all the necessary items for you to complete your painting. You will need to

     provide tables and chairs.


Q: What should I wear?

A: Wear something comfortable. We provide aprons, but keep in mind that paint
     may still find its way to your clothing.


Q: What size is the canvas and what kind of paint do you use?

A: Our canvasses are 16 x 20 for adults and 11x14 for children, and we use acrylic paints.


Q: Is there an age limit for children's parties?

A: We feel 6 and up are better suited to sit through a painting party.

Private Party Information

Private Parties - Girls' Night Out - Birthdays - Bridal Showers - Corporate Events - Team Building Events:

Private Parties can be held seven days a week based on availability. There is a guaranteed minimum of 10 painters. These classes can be up to 3 hour sessions and cost $400.00 for up to 10 guest with $40.00 for each additional guest up to 30 people total. A deposit of $200 is required to reserve a private party.


Your masterpiece for the evening can be selected from any work we've previously painted or we can work with you to develop a new painting specifically for your party. We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, apron, plates, and napkins.  All you need to provide are tables and chairs.


Kid's Parties:

Kid's parties can be booked for kids ages 6 through 15.  The price is $250.00 for up-to 10 children and $25 for each additional child up to 20 children. Your child can select from our extensive library of kid friendly paintings for their special day, and we'll handle the rest. A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your event.
